Remembering the Falls

As a kid we often vacationed in Niagara Falls, Canada. 

Here we are shaker knit sweaters and all going over the falls in a barrel. 
Circa late 80s ~ can't you tell! Did the bangs give it away?

Will thrifting at VVs I came across this vintage Pig in a Barrel Piggy Bank ~Canadian made by Regal Toys. It reminded me of good times in Niagara Falls! Maybe it's a bit too Kitschy!

Spring 2011 was the first time I had been back to see the falls since I was a kid.
